About our founder, Dr Lamees Hamdan

Dr. Lamees Hamdan is not your average doctor—she’s board certified in Lifestyle Medicine, a naturopathic practitioner, and even trained in auricular acupuncture (yes, that’s acupuncture for your ears!). As the founder of Cosmic Doctor, a wellness brand that blends science with holistic health, Dr. Hamdan is on a mission to "make health easy" with supplements that tackle the root causes of health issues, not just the symptoms.

Her journey into integrative medicine started nearly 20 years ago during her first pregnancy, when she realized traditional medicine often missed the bigger picture of true healing. That sparked a deep dive into alternative therapies like Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and herbalism, eventually leading her to train under the renowned Dr. Andrew Weil.
